Ms. Aspa, my contact at the property, was courteous and efficient, and gave me all the information I needed about the apartment. I stayed five nights here instead of paying hotel prices. It’s in a quiet, local-feeling neighborhood, with a metro station right by the building entrance and bus and trolleybus stops nearby. Cafes and pastry shops for breakfast, plus lots of dinner restaurants, are within about 100 meters. The Acropolis is around a 20-minute walk away. The ground-floor apartment is roomy enough for two or three and has everything you need: a small entry and living area with a TV, a large bathroom with a washing machine, a kitchen with appliances, and a big bedroom with a comfortable bed and another TV. I barely used the kitchen because there were so many restaurants to choose from. Fast Wi-Fi was included in the price. It was clean, spacious, and well equipped, in a convenient but quiet area. I had a really positive stay and would recommend it.

The metro is right beside the building, and the city center is about a 10-minute walk away. There are lots of cafes, bars, and restaurants nearby too. The apartment is on the first floor and was renovated in 2022. It was very clean and spacious, with two separate rooms and a living room. Each room has a balcony or terrace, and there’s air conditioning in every room and the living room. It also has hot water, a washing machine, a refrigerator, and high-speed Wi-Fi. The owner had provided everything we needed, including towels, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, coffee, cookies, sugar, olive oil, and wine. I highly recommend it!
