Nefeli

We stayed for a week in April 2024, and the villa was superb. It's a modern, three-bedroom home spread over three storeys, with a private pool and lovely mountain and sea views. The owners are lovely and clearly want guests to enjoy their stay. Set in a peaceful spot a few miles inland, it's within walking distance of local facilities, though I'd consider hiring a car to explore Crete properly. If you're after a villa holiday on the island, Villa Nefeli is a great choice.

The views from villa Nefeli are spectacular, and everything was immaculately clean and in great shape. It's in a rural setting, yet close to town, with restaurants, chemists and supermarkets within walking distance. The owners were very accommodating. We had an amazing week and would happily come back.

A lovely, peaceful place, tucked far enough from the main road and neighbors to be quiet. The downside is the distance from the beach, and the airport is about 80 minutes away, so a hire car is a good idea. The villa has great views, comfortable accommodation, a nice pool with plenty of sunbeds and seating, plus a BBQ area. Once the air con was working, it was a blessing. I also loved having a balcony straight off the room and a spacious patio.

The property is out in the countryside, but Prines is a short walk away or a quick drive along the unmade road. It was spotless, the cleanest holiday let I've ever booked, and the owners were fantastic, nothing was too much trouble. Thanks again, George and Vicky, for making our stay so enjoyable. We'll be back.
