It’s a great option if you’re travelling with kids, with a clean private pool and all the equipment you need. The rooms feel a little dated, but they’re cosy, and the AC works perfectly. The place is the closest resort to the beach in the whole area, and old olive trees cover the grounds.

The quiet, the mountain backdrop and the setting right on the beach made this stay special. The food and service were great too. It’s hard to put the place into words, but I’d recommend it to anyone. Tenerife and Spain can’t give you what you’ll experience on Barbati!!!

The pool terrace and beach have stunning views, and the apartments are clean and practically right on the shore. Since Barbati sits on the slope of Corfu’s biggest mountain, some of the walks are inevitably steep.

I’ve been coming back to this complex for about eight years now, and I love it. The apartment, beach access and lovely pool all get a tick. Safety and security get two! I’m so fond of the place that I’ll probably return for another eight years.

The sea was calm and clean, and the pebble beach was no problem at all. There are lots of family restaurants nearby, with fantastic food. In the apartment, everything was clean, clothes were changed and fresh towels brought regularly. It’s right on the front, about a minute’s walk to the sea. Wi-Fi worked in the apartment and at the beach bar. You can rent boats on the beach for 40 euros for half a day or 70 euros for a full day, from 8-00 till 18-00. Car rental is a 10-minute walk away. Enjoy your holiday here, it’s a good place for it.
