The shared indoor space feels cramped, especially when it rains, and the entertainment schedule wasn't always dependable. We also had long waits at the bars, inconsistent room cleaning, and food that could use more choice and better quality. Still, the staff were friendly and helpful, particularly the cleaning and food service teams, and they helped make the atmosphere pleasant. A few changes could make this hotel a real gem.

The food and atmosphere were highlights for us, and the evening shows had plenty of variety. We also appreciated how private and comfortable the place felt. Special thanks to the restaurant team, especially Theodoros. He’s a skilled waiter, always smiling and attentive, and his Greek, English, and Russian made it easy for him to connect with guests. He really added to the welcoming feel of meals. The bathroom cleaning, though, was a serious disappointment. When we arrived, the sink and mirror were stained, the shower glass had old water marks, and the taps were dirty. Over our eight days, daily service meant making the bed, mopping, cleaning the toilet, and taking out rubbish. The sink, mirror, and shower weren't cleaned even once. Friends staying on other floors had the same problem. For a four-star hotel, that standard isn't acceptable. I hope management addresses it. I would like to return, but the cleaning makes me hesitate.

The views are stunning, even though the hotel feels like it's in the middle of nowhere, and taxis or buses can take you to nearby towns. The place was clean and the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our holiday, though the food was a letdown. I would have liked more variety from day to day and more Greek dishes, but we never went hungry.

We had a great family stay in the rooms, and the beach across the road is beautiful. There are lots of steps, so it seems better suited to adults, though our five kids, aged 6, 3 and 1, had a great time. The location is a little out of the way, but there's a cheap, accessible bus to Benitses and Corfu town. The staff were polite and welcoming at every meal. Penelope at reception gave us a lovely welcome, and Anka Elena in the restaurant was especially kind and accommodating, always going out of her way to help.
