The grounds were carefully looked after, with swings and a playhouse that both kids and adults can enjoy. Villa Melitti is well furnished and equipped, and the accommodation was great. It’s within a couple of miles of a sandy beach, with several tavernas nearby offering good food at reasonable prices. We’d certainly return.

Lovely villa if you’re after a quiet, remote place to stay. There are a few local amenities, but you’ll need to travel farther for more shops and restaurants.

Villa Meliti and Villa Caretta are side by side. We stayed in the lovely Caretta, which had everything we needed for a week away from routine. It’s quite remote, so a car is necessary, but it’s worth it.

We got more than we could have hoped for from this amazing villa. We’d definitely come back.
