Buses, shops, and restaurants are only a few steps away, which is a real plus in busy Chania. We loved this quiet, clean, cozy boutique hotel right in the center. It’s easy to get to, the setting is lovely, and the host was excellent and very helpful. There’s also a sweet little shop directly underneath. We’d gladly visit again.

The owner met us when we arrived and helped with our luggage. He was wonderful and very accommodating. The rooms were cleaned and looked after every day, and the location put us right in the middle of everything. We had a great family holiday here and hope to come back one day. Thanks again for your hospitality.

The Old Town location is a bonus, close to the port and plenty of lovely restaurants. We had a wonderful stay: the room was beautiful and clean, and our hosts were kind and helpful.

There was loud music from the bar downstairs every night, going well past midnight. During our stay, the host kept harassing us, watched our movements on the hotel security cameras, and physically assaulted a young female guest after getting frustrated over a 1 euro fee. That’s completely unacceptable. The no refunds policy also makes it seem like money is all he cares about. Looking through more reviews, I found others describing similarly terrible experiences. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
