Bluebell Luxury Suites

We stayed four nights in a lovely, modern ground-floor room. It was spacious and very clean, with no stairs to deal with. After four weeks in Greece, this was the best shower we’d had. The location was handy, on one of the old town’s best restaurant streets and close to everything, but quieter than the apartment we’d had on the main square. We weren’t sure from day to day whether illness would affect our departure, but the manager, Eleni, was very helpful and accommodating, and made it all work easily.

Everything else was perfect, and the rooms were clean and nice. We did have trouble unlocking the room with the cards, but the hosts were very helpful and sent a video to show us what to do. For guests arriving late, I’d suggest putting instructions with photos at the entrance.

This was my favorite stay in Crete. We had a deluxe suite on the top floor with a nice view. The rooms were very spacious, and housekeeping came every day if we wanted it. The housekeeper was so kind. The street is lively, with restaurants and bars right there, so we never needed to go elsewhere. It wasn’t too noisy at night, just bearable. Staff were always available, quick to respond, kind, and attentive. Highly recommend it.

We were in the best part of the old town, right on a street with some of the best restaurants. The room was spacious and very clean, with a balcony, a big comfortable bed, and a good shower. There’s a coffee shop directly across the street for breakfast.
