The rooms were clean and spacious, and the location made getting around on foot easy. It’s in a slightly quieter corner of the old town. I stayed in June, and the owner was extremely helpful.

We’d happily stay here again. Casa Veneta was our favorite hotel on the trip, with a huge, quiet room and a bathroom we liked. Best of all, the bed was soft, which was a welcome change from the hard beds Greeks seem to love. Stavros was there to greet us and made us feel very welcome. He even lent us an umbrella for the beach and arranged a transfer for our early flight. It arrived right on time and got us to the airport without any hassle. The Old Town Chania location is hard to beat.

We felt safe, and street noise never disturbed us. The hotel is in a beautiful, central street with lovely restaurants nearby, and the recently renovated rooms have a chic feel. Stavros and his son were the best hosts we’ve had. They made us feel welcome, shared recommendations, helped arrange excursions with their recommended suppliers, and were always there when we needed them. My husband and I had a wonderful stay and will certainly return.

The owner was an excellent host, and the rooms are beautiful after a recent renovation. The location is great, and the prices are very good compared with nearby hotels offering the same amenities. I definitely recommend this place.
