The team and hotel deserve huge praise. Breakfast and dinner at the restaurant both exceeded our expectations for quality, variety, and atmosphere, and the hospitality felt warm and caring from the moment we arrived. When the jacuzzi in our room didn’t work on the first day, they upgraded us right away to a much better suite with a private sauna, at no extra cost, instead of making us wait for repairs. They also waived the full payment when I had to cancel at very short notice because I wasn’t sure I could arrive. Once I knew I could take the flight, I immediately rebooked, and I’m glad I did. We’re so happy we chose your hotel for our vacation. This kind of service is rare, and we won’t take it for granted. Thank you for making our stay so special and memorable. We’ll absolutely recommend your hotel and hope to return.

We only stayed one night in February and wished we could’ve stayed longer. Our room had a jacuzzi, balcony, and touch controls throughout. The covered jacuzzi on the top floor was lovely too, with a sauna and relaxation chairs overlooking the beautiful sea. The staff kindly surprised us with flowers and fizz for our wedding anniversary, along with genuine good wishes. For a romantic stay in Chania, this place was the best. The staff were lovely and welcoming, and made us feel right at home. We stayed at the Flair for a week, and it was easily one of my best holidays. Our room had fabulous water views, and we upgraded to include a jacuzzi tub, which was a great feature. The breakfast and five-course dinner were amazing, and with those on offer it was one of the few hotels where you truly didn’t need to leave. We also had a relaxing 60-minute massage. If you want a luxurious hotel in a beautiful, central location, Chania Flair is hard to beat. Thanks to the whole team for such a fabulous experience!

The rooftop was breathtaking, a lovely place to unwind and take in the views and beauty of Chania. Corissia Flair is stunning, and its location worked perfectly for us, only a five-minute walk to the Old Harbor and steps from the beach. Breakfast was amazing, with fresh, delicious dishes that were beautifully presented and full of flavor. The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and looked after. Our experience exceeded expectations. Highly recommend Corissia Flair to anyone visiting Chania!

Everything felt calm, luxurious, and welcoming, and I’d come back in a heartbeat. Chania Flair Hotel in Crete is stunning, beautifully designed, super clean, and just a short walk from the beach and old town. The staff were kind and attentive, always greeting me with a smile and glad to help. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, and the rooftop pool area was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the view. They even added lovely anniversary touches, which made our stay feel extra special.
