Ciel Collection Suites

The staff were so helpful and gave us tips that made it easier to get the most out of our trip. Our room was beautifully decorated, with comfy bedding and pillows in different firmness levels to choose from. We also appreciated the beach towels, especially since we were traveling light. Restaurants were close enough to walk to, but we were far enough away that foot traffic didn’t make the room noisy. We loved staying here!

The price was amazing, and the free parking was a big bonus. We had a spotless, comfortable room with an ocean view, and enjoyed playing smooth jazz on the Echo Dot. One of the finest hotels we’ve stayed in Europe. It felt like a five-star hotel.

We were delighted with our stay at the Ciel Collection. Koum Kapi Beach is just across the street, and they provided beach towels for our day there. Chania port was about a 10-minute walk away, close enough to enjoy while staying out of the busiest tourist areas. The suites had thoughtful extras, including a pillow menu, and the beds were extremely comfortable. During the day, the attentive staff gave us excellent food suggestions. Don’t miss this hidden gem in Chania!

We stayed two lovely nights at Ciel Collection. We drove, and parking in front of the building was easy to find. The hotel is around a 10-minute walk from central Chania. There’s a row of bars, cafes and places to eat right in front of the room, but it was still quiet at night. We may have had the best room, Aquamarine on level 2, with a huge balcony overlooking the sea. We loved it. The room was clean, the bed was huge, and the shower was good. The staff were very hospitable too. Highly recommended!
