Elia Palazzo Hotel

The beds were really comfortable, and breakfast had good options. It's a beautiful hotel in a great location, within easy walking distance of lots of places, restaurants, and sights. The downside is the noise when you're trying to sleep in, the walls are thin.

The hotel view was lovely, and the location is hard to beat, right in the heart of Chania. The Venetian harbor, my favorite spot in the old town, is just steps away, and the city beach is a quick 15-minute walk. Housekeeping came daily, and the reception and breakfast teams were super friendly and made us feel at home. Stelios deserves a special shoutout, he could answer every question from day one and made the trip easier. They also helped arrange taxis and car rentals, which was a great benefit. We had an amazing stay from the start of our vacation, highly recommend!

Breakfast had lots of tasty choices, and the rooms were clean with a nice bathroom. It's a nice little hotel on a side street just behind the harbour. I didn't rate it higher because the room and balcony were small, and street noise kept me up through the night.

We arrived early on Sunday, and our room was already ready, so we left our luggage. The woman who greeted us was very pleasant and explained the hotel entrance, key card, breakfast hours, and numbers to call if we needed help. When we came back around 2 o'clock, we found a toilet issue and couldn't stay in the room. We reported it, and since it couldn't be fixed soon, she offered to move us to another place nearby. The new room was a four-minute walk away and looked out on the beautiful old harbour. We were completely satisfied with how everyone handled the problem, without hesitation. Both places were quite clean and well maintained. Breakfast was served somewhere else, very close to where we were staying, and had a great variety. We'll definitely come back and recommend Elia Hotel Group.
