We stayed 4 nights in a room overlooking the pool. The room and sheets were clean, breakfast was tasty, and the staff were kind and always smiling. Everything else was fine, but the Wi-Fi signal in our room was weak and sometimes unavailable, which should be improved.

The pool area was gorgeous, and the snack bar was wonderful. Our room was spacious, tidy and clean, with comfortable beds. From here you can walk into Chania in about 20 minutes, or take a taxi for €6 euros. The walk along the waterfront is worth it, with lovely bars and cafes on the way. The staff were all friendly and helpful. There are distant views over the water, and this is a great choice if you want to stay on the edge of town. Strongly recommend.

Frida is a calm place to stay close to town and near the main landmarks and local beaches. We spent 3 nights there, and the hotel was ideally situated, about a 15-minute walk by the sea from the city centre. Our room had a small kitchen, air conditioning and a spacious bathroom, and there are two swimming pools. The owner and staff were friendly and helpful. We had a little cultural exchange about coffee types, and the drinks were on the house, a really nice touch. Highly recommend. Many thanks, Frida!

The view from the top pool is priceless, and there are two pools. I brought my sister from Sacramento and my family from London, and we all had a magnificent time. The staff did everything they could to make our stay lovely. The apartments had everything we needed, and the location is good value for money. We loved staying here and would come back in a heartbeat.
