Kedrissos Hotel Apartments

We’re really enjoying our stay as a family of four, and wouldn’t hesitate to return. The hotel is lovely, well presented and well maintained. The whole team is hospitable, and the restaurant and bar keep long hours with everything you’d need if you just wanted to stay in. It’s about a 15-minute walk to a great beach, and there’s a 10-minute bus ride straight into Chania. Highly recommend.

The pool is a good size, child friendly, and has plenty of sunbeds with comfortable mattresses. It closes at 7:30pm so the restaurant can open for dinner. The restaurant and bar were amazing, with good food choices and generous portions. I’d especially recommend the Stifado. The hotel is well placed for the beach, about a 15-minute walk, a supermarket in 5-7 minutes, and the New/Old Town by a five-minute bus ride. Reception sells tickets for €1.20 each way, cheaper than paying the full fare on the bus. The harbour is beautiful, and the restaurants along the front and in the old town are amazing. I came on holiday with family and friends, and Andreas, Nikos and the team were superb: friendly and great at customer service. The hotel is very clean and kept to high standards, almost five-star quality. Our first room didn’t work well for our family because our boys are older, but that was our fault for requesting specific requirements. Andreas sorted it without any fuss and moved us to a better room. There’s more I could say, and we’ll definitely be back. I’d highly recommend visiting yourself.

We came for a Greek Championships tournament, not to sightsee, and the stadium was an easy 10-minute walk from here. The poolside restaurant was pleasant and fairly priced, and the staff were especially friendly. A great place to stay.

The owners made us feel so welcome, with a friendliness I haven't come across elsewhere in Europe despite travelling around the world. The team were flexible, and we enjoyed the pool, lunch and our room. It's a short bus ride into town and about 10 minutes from the beach. Such a gem.
