We’d already stayed at two luxury hotels after visits to Santorini and Heraklion, but neither matched Lignum Suites for cleanliness and comfort. The suite was very comfortable, and the hotel is in a convenient spot near the harbor and old town, just a 3-minute walk away. Highly recommended!

The location right in the center of Chania was great, and the rooms looked good. But after booking by phone a few months in advance, we weren’t told we’d be placed in a semi-basement. We had to pay to change rooms. Also, there’s no customer WC available after checkout, unlike what you’d expect in most apartments and hotels. We stayed for three nights.

The host was especially nice, helpful, and supportive. The rooms were very clean, spacious, and well equipped, in a freshly renovated building in a central spot near the old harbour. Five stars for sure!

The host was very friendly and knew plenty of interesting activities and good restaurants. He was happy to help find the right fit for us. The suite was spotless when we arrived and had everything we needed. Check-in was easy, and the location was perfect. All you need for a perfect vacation!

The standout for us was Stefanos, who was incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout. We were a group of 15 and booked five rooms; every one was lovely, spotless, and finished to a high standard. Each had a handy little kitchenette with a fridge, sink, and coffee maker, which we really appreciated in the summer. The hotel is amazing, and the location is hard to beat. Thanks for everything, Stefane!
