The penthouse hot tub and terrace are lovely, and worth considering if you’re after a bit of luxury. This is a really beautiful hotel right in the heart of Chania, with such friendly, helpful staff. Georgia especially went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. I’ve visited twice, and the spa was a highlight on my first trip: you can reserve it for an hour just for yourself, including the sauna, small pool, and loungers. Sadly, on this visit the sauna wasn’t working and the water was very chilly, so it wasn’t as enjoyable as before.

We spent two nights here and loved our stay. Georgia was especially helpful, sharing great tips about the area and local places to eat, and she really went out of her way to make our time in Chania special. The staff were wonderful. The hotel is also conveniently close to the harbour, with great restaurants and bars all around.

Booking directly through the front desk and getting support throughout was easy, and the room and its facilities were just what we wanted for our last night in Chania. We treated ourselves to one of the four penthouse rooms with a rooftop and hot tub, and it was well worth it. The rooftop terrace was the best part, and the beds were super comfortable.

The hotel employees gave us amazing service, and breakfast was great. There’s no parking within 500 metres of the hotel, but we found free parking for all five nights about a 10-minute walk away.

Crete was the first stop on our honeymoon, and after some hiccups getting there and a change of plans, we asked the hotel staff to help us make the island stay we’d pictured happen. They handled everything flawlessly, quickly arranging excursions, experiences, and transport. Their generous, can-do attitude made a huge difference for my wife and me, and they checked in regularly to make sure we were okay, happy, and comfortable. The hotel was clean, had a great feel, and was perfectly located. The cleaning staff left our room spotless every morning, and we loved the delicious breakfast. It’s probably the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I can’t recommend it enough. Thanks for helping us have such a wonderful time, and we hope to see you again soon.
