The staff were so friendly, and I enjoyed every part of my stay. They sent clear instructions and followed up quickly. All my questions got a response in under a minute, and they helped store my luggage after checkout so I could spend the day in the city. The location is unbeatable, with easy taxi access and lots of cafes and restaurants close by. My room was comfortable and very clean, and even though it faced a busy street, I didn’t hear loud noise and slept well. It also felt safe and secure.

There are plenty of good bars, coffee shops, and places to eat within a 10 minute walk, and parking nearby is possible, though a free spot can be hard to find. The boutique hotel is in a great location, with a spacious, beautifully designed room. The staff we met were friendly and helpful, and the self-service check-in worked well with its online instructions. We’ll definitely stay here again when we return.

Everything was excellent, and we couldn’t have asked for more. If I had to nit-pick, the mattress was firmer than I like, but that really is a small thing.

It felt very luxurious, and using my phone as a smart key was super convenient. A great, welcoming stay all around!
