Our balcony looked over the popular street, with a partial sea view, and the room had a big king size bed. The owner waited for us until 11:00 p.m. because our flight was delayed. There was beer, water, oranges, and snacks in the fridge. The place was really clean and very well located. We’d go back in a heartbeat.

Jiannis was so kind when I got a nasty 24 hr gastrointestinal virus. He brought me Imodium and water, bless him. The place is right in the center of old Chania, where the streets are full of cafes, shops, and bougainvillea. It’s such a lovely area, and the rooms are clean and airy with a Greek feel.

We were meant to stay one night, but the card payment didn’t go through. They messaged us at 23:30, which surprised us. At that hour there wasn’t anything we could do to check with the banks, so we wrote back and said we’d pay cash when we arrived from the airport. Next thing we knew, they had canceled our stay.

The host was engaging and very helpful. These rooms are a great choice if you want to be central in Chania, with a perfect location, plenty of space, and a comfortable stay.
