The breakfast was great, and the hotel is very central. Room 7 didn’t work well for us: the bedroom and wardrobe are up a flight of stairs, the upstairs is quite dark, and the bed was uncomfortable. There was usually nobody at the desk, so it’s hard to judge the service. Staff were polite, though I wouldn’t call them especially helpful. It wasn’t terrible, but I wouldn’t return. It’s a boutique four-star hotel, nowhere near a five-star one, and shouldn’t be promoted as five-star.

We hated having to leave. Breakfast in the garden was lovely, with delicious options, and the service was spectacular. They gave us great restaurant suggestions and sorted private transport when our booked tour fell through. Such a quaint, charming boutique hotel in a great location. It was the best part of our trip to Greece!

The room was clean and comfortable, and the building’s architecture and design made it feel truly special and distinctive. The property itself is quiet and charming, tucked back from a pedestrian street. Before we arrived, the hotel got in touch promptly, arranged our airport transfers both ways, and shared some excellent local dining tips. My wife and I loved our stay in Chania and would highly recommend it for a couple's getaway.

We loved the outdoor seating area off our spacious room. Once the kids were asleep, we could sit with a glass of wine and listen to people passing along the street. The room was comfortable, with spacious beds, and the whole staff treated us and the children so kindly. Breakfast was superb, with farm-to-table food and fresh pastries the chef makes each day. This cute boutique hotel is right in Chania's old town, with small lanes, restaurants, and shops to explore at night. The staff helped us rent a car and suggested day trips we did on our own. It had everything we needed and more.

We could easily walk to the restaurants, shops, currency exchange, and more, thanks to the perfect location. The food was delicious, and the staff were excellent, with helpful suggestions for places around Chania and Crete. It’s a beautiful, historic, one-of-a-kind hotel. We had a lovely stay and would come back next time we’re in Chania.
