To Pandochio Studios

The sea view and sunset from the balcony were the best part of our apartment. We spent all three nights relaxing there with Cretan cider. Our third-floor place was more spacious than the photos suggested, with two twin beds, a bathroom, full kitchen, fridge, little dining table, wardrobe and dressing table. The air conditioning worked well, WiFi was available, and there was even a drying rack for washing clothes in the sink. Katerina cleaned daily and the building felt very safe. She made us feel like family, and gave us helpful tips, including how to avoid paying for beach chairs. The sea and beach are just steps away, with a lovely 10-minute walk by the water to the venetian harbor and old city. A grocery store is about five minutes away. Katerina has three apartments for rent, each with its own entrance. It's affordable, and one of the best places I've stayed in a long time. Thanks for such a great visit, we'll be back!

Right beside Nea Chora beach, and the place was clean and comfortable. Katerina was generous and attentive, making sure we had a nice breakfast each morning. We loved staying here and would recommend it to anyone.

Katarina is a real gem, and the room on the 3rd floor was lovely. It had everything we needed and was close to everything we wanted to get to. Definitely worth a stay.

The rooms are on the small side, but the balcony has a nice view of the beach. The service is very friendly, and for the price it's definitely worth it.
