The terrace sunset and our dinner made for a memorable evening. We cooked with local produce in the well-equipped kitchen, and the washing machine came in handy after days at the beach. The Superior Apartment had all the essential amenities and facilities we needed, and felt like a comfortable mix of home and luxury. Antonis was friendly, helpful and quick to respond to every request. We wished we could have stayed longer and spent more time relaxing on the terrace with its lovely view. Urban 35 made a wonderful home for our holiday in Chania, and we’d happily recommend it.

The apartment is on the small side, but good design, thoughtful equipment and all that natural light make it feel much bigger. The outdoor space is generous too, and the views are incredible, with both sunrise and sunset in sight. It was clean, every room stayed cool with the air conditioning, and the bathroom was spacious and modern. Can’t wait to come back.

The huge terrace is the best part, with loungers, a table and chairs, lovely lighting, and cover if it rains. The fourth-floor apartment itself has everything you need, from a washing machine and oven to a coffee maker, hairdryer and iron. The owners were friendly and let us check in a few hours early without any hassle. Great location, with a fantastic coffee place right next door. We highly recommend it, and thank you!

We found the apartment spotless and well equipped, with room for our family of four. It’s in a very handy part of the city, close to a mini market, pharmacy, café and bus stop. The owner was welcoming and replied right away whenever we had a question.

Parking was easy to find throughout the year, and the apartment offered excellent value for money. It’s also well suited to a work trip as well as a holiday. The center of Chania is very close, with a supermarket, cafeteria, bakery and bus stop right next door. Hospitality and cleanliness were both excellent.
