I spent two weeks here and enjoyed it. The place is family-owned, and Nikos was friendly and helpful. I booked through a booking service, though it may be worth contacting them directly since you could get a better rate. I ended up in two rooms because Nikos moved me upstairs at no extra charge when he had a spare room. I found it quieter for working. My photos are mostly of the lower-floor room, which was nice too, facing a pretty restaurant across the street that opens at 4pm. I preferred the upper floors, farther from the pedestrian street, for a more peaceful place to use my computer. The rooms are spacious, with a table for writing, and there’s a small elevator for getting luggage upstairs. The hotel is very centrally located. I hope I can return sometime.

We felt comfortable as soon as we walked in. The interior is beautiful and decorated just as it looks in the photos. Our room had a balcony where we could relax, read, or eat while looking at the lovely restaurant next door. The clean, attractive bathroom came with toiletries, body lotion, and local olive oil soap. There was also a fridge and plates, bowls, glasses, and cutlery, which made it easy to sort out breakfast and eat on the balcony. For what you get, the price was great. The hotel is right in the center of Chania, close to the main sights, restaurants, shops, and local bus terminal for trips. Staff were so kind and helpful. They arranged an easy check-in after reception hours and kindly accommodated our request to switch rooms. We had an amazing stay, highly recommend it, and would definitely come back.

Nikos, the manager, is exceptional and ready to help with any questions or needs during your stay. This amazing boutique hotel is right in the heart of old town Chania, perfectly placed for exploring its charms. The rooms are comfortable and very well appointed.
