1906 Citygarden

We came for a short weekend in late November and loved this restored mansion. The rooms were roomy and comfortable, each with a private bathroom, and the owners were gracious and accommodating. Make sure to add breakfast: Aspasia is a wonderful cook and can handle dietary needs. A dreamy place to stay in Chios town at any time of year.

City Garden is an elegant, cozy mix of historic character and modern touches. It sits about a five-minute walk from the harbor, with the center's restaurants, bars, and shops also within walking distance. We were impressed by the friendly staff, comfortable rooms, and lovely breakfast. They provide free drinking water because the tap water isn't potable. We’d gladly stay again.

Everything is easy to reach from 1906 City Garden, whether you want to see attractions, get coffee, or wander around town. I also loved the thoughtful design throughout, including the handmade ceiling painting. The staff were kind and ready to help, which made me feel cared for. The place brings together comfort, design, and great service. I’d return and recommend it for a memorable stay.

Dear neighbor, I only wish my trip had allowed me to stay longer than one night. The building is beautifully appointed, bringing modernity, history, and aesthetics together.
