We stayed here last year (2023). There's a magnificent view, and the place itself is nice. In fact, there are two vilas, set apart by a beautiful garden. Getting there is a little difficult, especially when it's raining, and on foot it's a 5-10 minute climb from the beach. I gave this rating because the apartments don't have separate rooms. That's fine for one family, but definitely not for a group with several families. The booking .com site advertised apartments with separate rooms, so we had to sort out this problem on the spot.

It's quiet with no noise, just a few minutes from the beach, and ideal for families with children. Our apartment had a sea view, and the rooms were neat and clean. They brought fresh towels every other day, took out the trash, and cleaned the room daily. The hosts are kind and helpful without hovering. The girl is always smiling and kind, and if you ask for anything, they're there to help. We would gladly return. Highly recommended.

We stayed in a downstairs apartment, and it wasn't clean enough. Sadly, it didn't look like the rooms in the photos. They do collect the trash every day. If the different options had been shown when booking, we could have chosen accordingly.

Dimitris and his family are attentive, friendly, and kind. They're meticulous about cleanliness and do everything they can to make guests comfortable, and I'd like to thank them very much. The location and view are wonderful, and it's 35 meters from the beach, less than 3-5 minutes by car. There's a parking area, and it's suitable for families. A beautiful place among olive trees, with the sound of crickets.
