Divani Corfu Palace

We had a lovely stay in August 2025. Eleni, who runs the shop, had all the little things we needed, including some medicine, so there was no need to drive into town. She was also very friendly and keen to recommend places around the island. The hotel itself was beautiful, with spacious rooms, a well-kept pool area, and a breakfast buffet with lots of choice. The staff were all super friendly.

The location worked really well for us, close to both the airport and town. We spent a week here with my partner and had such a good time that we already want to return. The rooms were comfortable, had great views and A/C, and the pool area was superb. Breakfast was amazing, and the staff were lovely and very helpful. Would recommend.

Watching planes land and take off at the airport below was fun, and the hotel had a pleasant green area and terrace. Breakfast was good, and our older essential room was well maintained, though the design was dated. An extra bed blocked the way to the balcony, and there was the usual bit of dirt behind the door that staff prop open. For the price, I probably wouldn’t return.

We were there in October, and the room was cold at 17°C. Staff wouldn’t turn on the heating and offered an extra blanket instead, which I found unacceptable for a 4* hotel. The location also made getting to town on foot unpleasant: there’s no sidewalk, so you have to walk on the road and keep watching for cars. There’s a city bus stop right outside the hotel, and I strongly recommend taking it. The nearby airport brings noise through the day and into the evening. Inside, the furniture is very dated, and the rooms aren’t soundproof, so you hear everyone and everything. Hygiene was OK. Breakfast was great, the common areas were nice, WiFi worked well, and the rooms were a decent size. I wouldn’t stay here again.
