Europe Hotel

It was cheaper than the other hotels in Corfu, though still not exactly cheap. The hotel is close to the port, handy if you’re taking a ferry to Albania, but a little away from the center of corfu. You can still make your way into the city. Getting there from the airport by bus was difficult, so we walked for 20 minutes. The hotel is old, and not every room has its own bathroom. Our sheets felt sticky and didn’t look very clean. The person who gave us the room rode the elevator with our bags while my girlfriend and I took the stairs. I know it’s a small elevator, but I felt my girlfriend should’ve been the one to use it, not the staff member.

The rest was okay if you have medium expectations, but the bathroom is tiny. Sitting on the toilet means you’re basically showering too, and the shower curtain doesn’t cover the area.

We stayed one night because it’s close to the port. There’s a nice bakery nearby, and the owners are incredibly friendly.

The apartment was exceptionally clean and well kept, and we felt right at home from the start. They communicated well, were helpful and gracious, and were always available to make sure we had what we needed. Our stay exceeded expectations, and we’ll definitely choose this apartment again on our next visit. Highly recommended!
