Kerkyra Blue Hotel N' Spa

We enjoyed coffee on the balcony while taking in the stunning view, and the room itself was spacious and very clean. There was plenty of food with a good variety, so everyone could find something. The hotel is close to the center, and there’s a bus stop right outside for reaching different parts of the island. Families with children who like pools may find it especially suitable. It also has a private beach, although I wouldn’t call the sea the best for swimming.

My mother and three aunties had a special holiday at Kerkyra Blue, and it turned out to be full of memories they’ll never forget. We’re used to five star hotels, and my Greek Cypriot family can be very particular about food, especially Greek food. They loved what was served here, along with the evening Greek entertainment. The staff and service were exemplary, and the hotel standard was fantastic. Their rooms were kept exceptionally clean throughout. I contacted the hotel several times before the trip with questions, and they replied right away with real courtesy and professionalism. I wanted everything to be perfect for them, and Kerkyra Blue delivered across the board, from the accommodation and cleanliness to the food, location, staff and service. Thank you for giving my wonderful mother and aunties such a memorable holiday.

The old town is an easy bus ride away, with the stop at the end of the drive. The blue Flag Beech is shallow and good for snorkelling and spotting different fish, but watch out for Sea Urchins. I stepped on one barefoot and it was pretty painful. The shop sells shoes. We came home yesterday after an amazing week at Kerkyra Blue Hotel N’ Spa. The hotel is spacious and well presented, with a great atmosphere through the day. Everyone we dealt with, from reception and the restaurant team to the bar waiters and cleaning staff, was welcoming and polite. Our room was clean and tastefully decorated, and the complimentary mini bar was fully stocked and refreshed daily. We didn’t have a bad meal all week. The food was full of flavour and well cooked. There are two pools, both with bars. We went for the top pool by the pavilion, where hot and cold snacks are available throughout the day. Each evening there were two entertainment options, one in the main bar area and another in the pavilion. We were very happy with our visit and would definitely return to Kerkyra Blue if we came back to Corfu. Thanks to everyone at the Kerykra Blue for making our week memorable.

We went in mid Sept 25 and had perfect weather, with very few families with children around. The hotel had a winter refurb in 22/23, and everything looks stunning. The buffet food stood out, a huge step up from what I’ve had at other hotels with a similar rating. It’s A class, with two large adult pools, plenty of free bars and an entertainment team putting on activities through the day and evening. The hotel is very close to the airport and Corfu town if that’s what you’re after. The sea is pleasant enough, though you may find clearer water elsewhere on the island.
