We stayed in this studio apartment for two weeks. It was spacious, modern, soundproofed, and clean, with all the equipment we needed: an oven, hot plate, cookware, fridge, washing machine, AC, and Wi-Fi. Staff were respectful, quick to respond, and very helpful. Communication before arrival and during the stay was clear. Room cleaning and refreshing happened every three days, with flexible timing so it could fit around our plans. Three lovely beaches are a five-to-ten-minute walk away, two partly sheltered from strong waves. There are also two large supermarkets about a kilometre away, plus plenty of highly rated restaurants and bars offering almost any kind of food. Chania is easy to reach by bus, with a stop nearby and buses every 20 minutes. Excellent service and a great place for a vacation.

We especially liked the nearby restaurants and shops, many of them suggested by the Aethrion team, and the old town of Chania is an easy visit at just 4-5 km away. The area around Aethrion Homes is peaceful, charming, and beautiful, with several beaches close by. Our apartment was spacious and comfortable, had pleasant views, and made for a lovely stay. The team helped us with everything from booking the apartment to arranging excursions, activities, car hire, and transfers. They were incredibly friendly and made things easy. We had a wonderful time and would definitely return.

Aris and the team were welcoming and helpful throughout our stay, and we really appreciated their hospitality. The apartment was clean, modern, and well equipped, suitable for either a short visit or a longer one. It's in a quiet spot but still very convenient for both the sea and the city centre. We had a great stay at Aethrion Homes and would happily come back.

Mr. Aris made arranging a rental car easy, and the staff were very welcoming and accommodating. The property is well cared for, updated, and very clean. The beach is only a seven-minute walk away. I had a relaxing, comfortable stay at Aethrion Boutique Homes and would gladly return. I'm already looking forward to another visit.

The room was even better than the pictures online, and the price was fantastic value for money. Getting here by car is easy, and buses are convenient too. The hospitality felt truly Greek. Of all my trips to Greece, this place has stayed in my heart.
