A friendly, family run hotel on the edge of Chania. The staff were very welcoming, and the rooms were nice for the price. Highly recommended!

We come back to Malou Hotel with our family every year and always enjoy it. It has a lovely, homely feel, with cheerful and helpful staff. The rooms and shared areas are always clean and fresh, and the pool may be the cleanest we've seen in Crete. The location is perfect, close to several beaches. We highly recommend it, especially for families with kids.

The owners were so kind and sweet, and the service was perfect. We loved the rooms and the place, with the beach only 100 meters away. I'd recommend it to anyone, with or without children.

The hotel apartments were nice, and always clean and fresh. We didn't always have hot water when we wanted to take a bath, though. The internet was very slow and unstable.
