We've travelled a lot, and I've never felt so welcomed by a host. As we were getting out of the taxi, the host woman was already walking toward us to greet us. Check-in was quick, and she gave us lots of useful information about the area and where to go. The place is a little outside town, but everything is within walking distance, and it's very quiet around there. The rooms were spacious and clean, with everything we needed. We stayed four nights and slept like babies because the beds were so comfortable. We also cooked some meals, since the kitchen had everything we needed. There was room service for ordering food and drinks, and the host was always happy to answer questions or help out. She didn't push anything on us, so we could relax. You can tell the family enjoys working there and knows how to make a stay feel safe, relaxing, and great. There's lots of parking, and the host can help with car rental and suggest how many days to rent for. Very happy with this hotel, and we'll definitely return when we visit chania again.

The location worked really well for visiting the city. Bus 21 stops close by on the main road and takes 10 minutes to get into town for €2. We also walked in about 40 minutes, partly along a coastal path. Golden Beach is a gorgeous sandy beach with shallow water and a crystal blue sea, about a 10-minute walk away. Katerina was the perfect host, available for help or recommendations without being overbearing, so we felt relaxed. Room no.64 had exactly what we needed: comfortable beds, a fridge, decent air-conditioning, and plugs beside both sides of the bed. The pool was clean, a good temperature, and had nice sunloungers with space around it. We had a comfortable, relaxing stay and would definitely recommend it.

The pool was a 10/10, and the lady hosting was brilliant, always smiling. We had a lovely stay at Theos apartments. The room furniture is a little dated, but everything works.

Four families with children stayed at Theos Holidays for a week, and everything was outstanding: the location, apartments, pool, food, and recommendations. We're very grateful to Katerina and her family for a fantastic week in Creta. We definitely recommend this place and look forward to coming back. Thank you very much.
