Villa Peacock with Spa Facilities

The villa had absolutely everything we could need, right down to toothbrushes and toothpaste. I’ve stayed in lots of villas and couldn’t think of anything missing here. The pool was lovely, with a jacuzzi as an extra, and the temperature felt just right for cooling off. There’s no shallow end, but the steps make getting in easy. George, the owner, was so kind and helpful. He gave us ideas for places to visit and lovely drives through the gorges, and even went to the fish market to pick up fresh fish for the barbecue. Nothing seemed like too much trouble. Villa Peacock was even better than the photos, and we had such a good time there. Beaches are only a three-minute drive away, with several supermarkets close by too. It’s an ideal spot, and I’d highly recommend it. We’ll definitely be back.

George made us feel welcome as soon as we arrived and was attentive throughout, making sure we had what we needed. That thoughtful hospitality helped make this one of my most memorable holidays. Peacock Villa is beautifully designed, spotless, and very well equipped for a relaxing, luxurious stay. The private pool, barbecue area, and hammam were particular highlights. I’d happily recommend it to anyone looking for a special, stress-free stay in Crete.

George was a fantastic host during our two weeks. He was always willing to help, and the concierge responded quickly with useful local suggestions and help arranging taxis and restaurant bookings. The villa is in the suburbs, with a supermarket, bakery, butcher, beach, and places to eat nearby. Chania is easy to reach too. We loved the outdoor space and facilities most. There’s real attention to detail, from the toiletries, decor, towels, bedding, and robes to the comfortable, relaxed feel throughout. We had the best time, thanks for everything!

We had a brilliant five days here. The host, George, was incredibly helpful, and no request was too much trouble. The villa has all the details taken care of, and the Hammam experience was a lovely highlight of our stay. Definitely recommend it!
