The pool was really pleasant and usually quiet, and the rooms were good, with safes and lovely balconies. A small convenience store and cafe are about five minutes away, and the beach is around a 25-minute walk. Getting there means walking alongside a main road, which can feel scary at night, and the return trip is uphill. Parking is available at Villa Yanis, so some kind of transport could help, especially in summer when walking in the heat gets uncomfortable. The owners are friendly and the place is looked after, with regular room cleaning. General staff aren't often around, though: there's no front desk receptionist, and the poolside bar often has no staff either. It seems family-run, and their children are often there, so it's family friendly. Air-conditioning costs an extra 14 euros a day, but we thought it was worth it. We skipped it on the first night and could hardly sleep in the heat. We chose B&B, and breakfast was quite nice, with simple things like an omelette, bread, and yoghurt. A very lovely place to stay, and we'd recommend it.
