The hostess really made the beautiful house feel like home. Still, at this price per night, I think they should have Wi-Fi and proper TV service. The morning view from our house was beautiful, just as I said!

We’d booked an apartment for a long weekend, but our kids got covid and we couldn’t come. We told the owners at least 24 hours before arrival and politely asked if we could move the stay to another time. They refused and said we’d lose our deposit. We found that really rude and impolite, and that response means I wouldn’t recommend the hotel to anyone.

Hello again. I don’t usually spend time reviewing places I won’t return to, but your rude reply included some lies, so I want to set the record straight. We got back to the room around 7pm and called then, not at 1am. Nobody had told us about the thermostat. Normally, you should be able to set the room to a comfortable temperature instead of being forced to accept 22 degrees. I suppose you think everyone who leaves a bad review called at 1 or 2am just to annoy you. Please see the attached. Also, the box outside for stuffing wood was empty. We called to ask for more, and you rudely told us, “use the ones provided and call me to supply you more”. We ran out at 1am, but didn’t call then because we respect our hosts, however rude they may be. Please read our review again and use it to improve your service instead of trying to outsmart your customers. If you had, you’d have fixed the Wi-Fi, which had virtually no signal, just one bar by the windows, and was painfully slow. PS. I’m 1,83m, lady, and I’m not used to sleeping on springs instead of a normal mattress ;)

The houses were clean, and the complex looked neat, just like the photos. The kitchen had enough equipment, we didn’t miss anything, and the owner was kind and helpful. But we were disappointed by the outdoor area. Maybe there are more amenities in summer, but even though it was spring and the weather was great, there wasn’t a table outside. In one corner there was a broken-down barbecue full of trash, beside an overturned metal swing that was dangerous, especially for children. The view wasn’t great, with a dirt road only 50m from the accommodation. To reach the complex, you also have to leave the village on a dirt road. Inside, the room socket didn’t work, and there were spiders and webs everywhere, even a large web in the shower. There were no shower curtains, no internet, and no signal even with data. For around 100-120 euros per night, it would have been perfect. At the quoted 230 euros per night for the one-level apartment, I expected much more effort.
