The balcony has a fantastic view, and the beach is right in front of the house. The location could easily earn 10 stars, but the cleaning is a serious problem and seems to have been poor for a long time. The bathrooms smell of mould and don't feel fresh to wash in. The kitchen area is worn and outdated and really needs updating. There also isn't a comfortable table where the whole family can eat.

The house is thoughtfully designed and has everything we needed. The spaces are nice, the bathrooms are modern, and the beach is literally 15 steps away!

It's a shame, because the sea is only 10 meters away and the apartment is otherwise new, luxurious, and nice. But several things spoiled what could have been a wonderful stay. The air conditioner in our apartment didn't work, which was unforgivable on August 15th, and the ceiling fan couldn't make up for it. The room wasn't among the cleanest we've seen, despite having two extra hours to get it ready beyond the stated check-in time. There were mosquito remains on the walls, dusty items, dirty fridge shelves, and other issues. Drainage in both bathrooms was unacceptable. Upstairs, water flooded out past the bathroom frame into the bedroom area, so we had to mop. Downstairs, water also pooled, though at least it stayed inside.

Christina was especially helpful, telling us about events in the city and nearby villages during the 3 days of Clean Monday, and suggesting places to eat and have fun. The place itself was spotless, with comfortable mattresses and pillows. It's a beautiful space, carefully designed, modern and very functional. We had a wonderful stay, and I'll gladly choose it again. It's nice to get what you're promised and even more ♡♡♡♡♡

One of the loveliest rooms we've stayed in, and it could be beautiful once the issues that need fixing are dealt with right away. I didn't want to give it a low rating, though.
