Trokadero Boutique Hotel

The room faced the beach, and sitting out on the balcony to enjoy the view was lovely. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioning worked well, and the beach itself was fantastic. We had a great time relaxing on a sunbed with an aperol spritz, and the beach bar service was good. They brought water right away without us needing to ask. Everyone at the hotel was friendly and accommodating, and we got tips on places to see and where to shop. Breakfast was amazing too, and we were satisfied with our one-night stay at Trokadero Boutique Hotel in Itea. The bathroom was the downside. It was very small and not clean, and the exhaust fan didn’t work properly, so there was a smell. The receptionist was very nice and came straight up to deal with it, spraying air freshener, but that wasn’t enough. The bathroom really needs a thorough cleaning. I’d definitely come back if I had the chance.

We went in January, when Greece was out of season, so the hotel wasn’t full. Still, we couldn’t book a room with a sea view. The location was nice, and there’s parking for up to 6 cars, though it isn’t covered. Our room was clean and good, with hot water and some bathroom supplies. The card key didn’t work, so we used a regular key instead. Breakfast is included and pretty basic, with coffee, tea, juice, cheese, meat, bread and eggs, but it wasn’t bad. Nice service.

The service was excellent, and the whole place felt clean, quiet and comfortable. It looks new and is nicely decorated, with a lovely lobby and a charming balcony off the room. The breakfast was delicious local food, and the sea view is gorgeous.

The beach right in front of the hotel was fabulous, and the staff were very accommodating. We spent 9 nights here for an event and thought the hotel was beautiful, easily on a 4 star level. I’d stay again.
