The sea and shipwreck views from this lovely place were beautiful. Our room was cleaned, and the fridge had wonderful homemade jams waiting for us. Coffee, honey and butter were there too, and they came by to top them up during our stay. Martina even brought us a watermelon, though we didn't get a chance to eat it. Thanks again for a wonderful stay. We found the place on Booking, but emailed them to book directly because the price was more convenient. Claudia

Anemoni will be my choice again if I ever return to the island. I thought the apartment was the best-priced option I could find in the area, while other apartments three minutes from the sea cost double or triple. Matina, the landlord, was available whenever we needed help. Don't hesitate to ask her for directions or suggestions. The best beach in Kythira is about a five-minute walk away, and the apartment had everything we needed day to day. The rooms were cleaned every day. When we arrived, there was honey, liqueur and a watermelon in the fridge as a welcome. Honestly, one of the best places to stay.

We spent two days in this nice apartment with its friendly owner, and managed to see most of the island. We were allowed to check out just before the ferry came at 20:30.
