The villas have great views and are easy to settle into, with good amenities and helpful service. We had solid parking on the driveway. The staff even brought us fresh peaches from the orchard next door, which was lovely. Plantanes is about a five-minute drive away, with lots of bars and restaurants, a lovely beach, and a big Lidl. A taxi from the apartment is around 10 euros, and one to Rethymno is about 17 euros.

I spent nine days there and really enjoyed it. There are three villas, with comfortable, cozy rooms and a swimming pool of their own. The spot is very quiet, but still not too far from Rethymnon.

The sun villa worked really well for our two families, eight people in all, during five nights over Easter. We loved the view from every floor, and even on a rainy day we saw some beautiful rainbows. The pool table, jacuzzi, and table tennis were great, as were the outdoor spaces when the weather allowed. We were a little concerned about heating in bad weather. It took a while to warm up, but after that the temperature was comfortable. The location is good, near a small, cozy village and lots of beautiful places a short drive away. The area was especially lovely with all the spring flowers.

The view from this beautiful villa is wonderful, and it has all the amenities and is clean. The hosts were very welcoming and the service impeccable. An ideal spot to relax, very close to Rethymno.
