The rooms match the pictures on the website, and the service and hospitality were wonderful. Great location too.

The owners were lovely and made us feel the warmth of Greek hospitality. Customer service was great, and breakfast was delicious with reasonable serving times. Our room was spacious and cozy, with beautiful interiors, a fireplace, and beds and pillows that were super comfortable. We were really pleased and plan to visit again :)

The beds were very comfortable and the linen was lovely, but the room had several problems. The hotel is at the end of the main street, which made it easy to explore town on foot. Check-in was at 2pm, which felt very late. The rooms looked like the photos but were worn, including a broken sofa arm. Ground floor rooms have no view, though some first floor rooms should. Breakfast was fine, but not what I’d expect from a 4* hotel. There was mold around the shower base, and extra toilet paper and a tablecloth were kept in the cupboard under the sink beside the garbage bin. Smoke came into our room from the fireplace, so we stopped using it. The biggest problem was having no hot water until 10pm. After traveling, we couldn’t shower or freshen up before a birthday dinner. I understand it wasn’t intentional, but being told to wait until 10pm for a plumber to fix it was unacceptable, and it ruined our stay. The owners were polite but didn’t resolve it promptly. We stayed one night and were charged the full 170euros. In my view, this hotel doesn’t meet 4* standards.

We slept really well. The room was spacious, cozy, quiet, sparkling clean, and warm despite the cold weather, and the beds and pillows were so comfortable I slept like a baby. The owners and staff were friendly and helpful, with great suggestions for places to visit. There’s a lovely breakfast room where you can get a great breakfast. The location is prime, within walking distance of eateries, bars, cafes, shops, and two public parking lots. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Arachova.
