Luxury Studios & Cozy Apartments by White Hills

The owner had everything we were looking for: a lovely room with a nice view and close to everything. My girlfriend and I were really happy with our stay and would definitely come back.

We ended up cancelling and getting our money back, but by then our vacation was basically ruined. We’d booked these apartments two months ahead for the October 28th weekend. Two weeks before arrival, they called to say our room had “plumbing problems” and we couldn’t stay in it. Their proposed fix was another room for €100 more. They offered a €20 discount since we’d already booked, so we’d still have had to pay €80 extra for a smaller room they’d arranged after cancelling our original one. Generous, huh?

The room was very clean, and the radiator kept it at the temperature we set. There’s also a fireplace and air conditioning. Work was going on, but we didn’t hear it where we were staying, so it didn’t bother us. The people were pleasant, the center is close, and there’s a convenient place to park outside, which matters because parking is an issue. There’s good food right across from the room. We’re a family with three children, and I recommend it without reservation. I work in inspections, and I have to say some negative reviews don’t fit our experience at all.

After a rough start, the owner sorted everything out in under ten minutes. The fridge freezer had no ice tray, so anything we put in there froze solid. The bathroom phone was broken, and there was no internet, heating, or hot water. Once we reported it, she called straight away and offered us an apartment next door where everything worked perfectly. It was a lovely, quiet spot for relaxing, with beautiful views front and back and just a short walk from the center of Arachova. Thanks for the quick, kind service. I highly recommend both the accommodation and how promptly they helped us.
