The villa itself was nice, but some of the facilities felt cheap and kept breaking. None of the bathroom door handles worked. The host replaced one, but it broke again the next day. The air conditioning in one room was repaired and then worked for only two days. The hardest part of the stay was the host's attitude. We were asked for a damage deposit, and when we reported problems right away, the host seemed to suggest they were our fault. There was no dryer or BBQ. After we disagreed about it and sent a screenshot from the Airbnb listing, the host said a BBQ had never been listed, then removed it from the facilities during the argument. We were also asked to pay extra for the children. We agreed because we understood the host's point, but be careful to include the kids when giving the number of guests. The policy is quite strict.

There's a hole in the villa floor that isn't shown in the photos. There's no concrete underneath, so you could fall through it. It's okay.

We liked the beautiful kitchen and the nice pool. The house is very large, with parking for two cars, a barbecue, sun loungers, Wi-Fi and working air conditioning. The area is quiet and peaceful. The one drawback is that you can't see the sea from the pool terrace.

The location is ideal, close to Myrtos beach. Within a four-minute walk there are good taverns, two mini markets and an incredible shop for breakfast, sandwiches and salads. The island's attractions are 35-40 minutes away. Inside, the four bedrooms are huge, and the dining room and kitchen are very large too. The pool is small, with very little room for sun loungers. The manager was great: when two air conditioners had problems, she quickly came over with a technician. The house was perfectly clean, though it had some defects, including a missing doorknob and dents in parts of the floors. There weren't rows everywhere. The iron bed should be replaced. I think it's a good option, especially for two families with children.
