We had booked two rooms three months ahead, but when we arrived, we were told there were no rooms for us. The daughter began by talking about her father wanting to handle things alone and being past his age, and suggested we speak to him or set the matter aside. It came across as an attempt to prepare us for a problem, then make it seem like a communication issue between them. The daughter said she had nothing to do with it and that her father arranged the rooms. We felt this was all a plan from the start. It seemed the rooms had been given to foreign groups who would pay much more. Her father rushed around looking for another place for us, but the first option wasn't suitable for staying with a small child, so we came back. I threatened to file a complaint, and eventually we asked for compensation. The daughter, who had said she wasn't involved in managing things, objected to paying that much and said she paid taxes. Who was going to make up for all the trouble? In the end, her father agreed to compensate us, though the money from the other guests would surely have been much more. Unacceptable and unprofessional.

The setting is peaceful, with pleasant surroundings, a big garden and toys for kids. We also appreciated having a separate shaded parking area under olive and mulberry trees, especially since we're fond of our vehicles. The room was basic but very clean. One odd thing: there was no shampoo or shower gel, or even kitchen paper, so after just one night we had to go out and buy supplies. Still, the price for what you get is worthwhile, and I'd recommend it.

The place is near Tolofonas Beach and has parking right by the accommodation. It was very clean, but the amenities were kept to the bare minimum. There's no smart TV, and Wi-Fi only reaches the garden, where it still cuts in and out. With a little more attention, this could be excellent.

The balconies have a wonderful view, surrounded by trees, plants and flowers, and the location is lovely and close to the sea. I was struck by how beautiful and clean everything was, and by the owners' warm hospitality. A great place for a holiday, highly recommended!

We won't choose this place again, especially with all the other options I'll mention on the platform. The worst part is that they come in without even knocking, not even following the most basic courtesy.
