Eirini was so friendly and always ready with tips about the island. We loved how peaceful the place felt, even though beaches and villages were close by. Niva Pool Suites was beautiful and super clean, and the view from our private pool was incredible. It was the perfect getaway.

A great base for exploring the whole island, and a lovely place to get away and watch the stars. The suites have amazing views, and the snacks are great too.

The place is cute, but it didn't feel luxurious or worth the price. The kitchen was poorly equipped, there was no breakfast, and the eastern sun woke us every morning even with the blinds closed, so we had to ask for sleep masks. The towels were rough and worn, and the slippers felt unsafe around the bathroom and pool. A lot of details fell short of the hotel's luxury image.

The top bedroom got too much morning light and had a hard mattress. We spent five nights in the two story suite in late July, and left disappointed with Niva. It felt pricey for an average room that wasn't very comfortable. Some things shown on instagram, like the pool hammock, weren't provided.

The hostess was wonderfully friendly and ready to help with whatever we needed. We stayed in a very nice suite in a great location, with stunning views. It's an ideal place to relax and get away from a busy life. We'd definitely come back.
