The pool is great, and apparently the only one in town. The reception, though, is hardly ever open. Apart from Maria, the very friendly Bulgarian housecleaner, you won’t see many people around.

We really enjoyed our stay and are planning to come back next summer. The hotel is lovely and central, with Kontogoni beach about a five-minute walk away. Our room had a balcony overlooking the pool and enough space, plus a little kitchenette. Everything was clean and well kept, and the pool was nice.

6/10
The people were friendly, and the location was good. It was clean and had a small pool. Still, at 90€ a night, and compared with typical service and prices in Greece, I expected more sophisticated furnishings. The room was a modern, nicely done bungalow, but priced like a luxury room. It also gets extremely hot. If you’re not used to sleeping with the A.C. on, that could be frustrating.

The rooms were spacious and clean, and the amenities were average. I liked the pool, though I wish swimming hours were longer. It’s not as if anyone would skip the sea just to spend time in the pool.

We found the hotel handy for the centre, the sea, food, shops and walks. It’s also a welcoming place for kids. The staff were kind, helpful and available whenever we needed them. Great location and hospitality, I’d definitely recommend it.
