The setting was what we hoped for: quiet, cosy, and surrounded by vineyards, with lovely mountain and sea views. From Eleftheres, we could reach beaches including Ammolofoi, Nea Peramos, Nea Iraklitsa, and Sarakina, where Paloma beach bar was a highlight. We also liked being among locals instead of in a busy tourist centre, and nearby shops had what we needed to make simple meals in the flat. Christos was attentive from the beginning, answering our questions before we arrived and helping us during the stay with recommendations, fresh towels, breakfast, and whatever else we needed. Our conversations about wine even ended with a thoughtful parting gift. It made this a really special, peaceful base for both the countryside and the sea.

Only a 9-minute drive from the nearest beach, and the price felt like real value. We stayed four nights and loved it. The rooms are new, clean, and thoughtfully equipped down to the details.

Our studio was spotless, with a terrace overlooking a great view and most of the kitchen utensils we needed to cook. The owners were welcoming and very polite. It’s a quiet, relaxed place, just five minutes from Nea Peramos, and I’d recommend it if you want somewhere away from the bustle.

It’s a quiet spot out in the countryside, a long way from civilization, so it may suit you if that’s the kind of stay you prefer. One thing to know is that there’s no parking, despite what the description says. I was told to leave the car on the street.
