Elounda Eleon Villas

Having your own pool and private yard made our suite feel peaceful and a little luxurious. It’s ideal for couples, and I can’t imagine regretting a stay here. Ilias sent useful details the day before we arrived, answered my questions, and was friendly in person and easy to reach throughout the week. Cleaners came mid-morning each day, with a door hanger if you wanted to sleep in, and the pool was serviced twice during our week. The kitchenette is well supplied: a small fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, toastie grill, two hobs, pans, chopping board, cheese grater, cutlery, crockery, and two food prep knives. Towels, a hair dryer, robes, and a couple of body and hair products are included too. The suite is about a 5-10 minute drive from Elounda for shops, cafes, and the seafront, and 15-20 minutes from the larger town of Agios Nikolaos. I’d recommend having a car, it made things easier. The only thing we missed was an oven, though there isn’t really room for one. An air fryer might cover most of its uses. Still, it’s a fantastic place. The rooms are private, the suite and yard feel relaxing, and the pool adds a bit of luxury.

Ilias and the team made everything easy, from arranging taxis and local bookings to bringing breakfast, cleaning daily, and sharing information. Breakfast costs 10 Euros per person. The suite was just right for our family of three, with a good-sized private terrace and pool. The rooms are simple but lovely, with the beds, kitchenette, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, and a decent bathroom with what you need. We stayed for 10 Days and had a great time. The place has 9 suites and 2 Villas. It’s a 25-30 minute walk into Elounda, or a taxi is 10 Euros. Though it’s a bit further out, taxis come quickly, and delivery options such as Euro Mart and Blend coffee make things easy. We’d come again!

Maria and her son Ilias are such kind, helpful hosts, and Zeta brings complimentary homemade baked treats. On arrival, the fridge was stocked with wine, water, and pop. Breakfast is available for an extra cost. The villa was clean, modern, and very comfortable, with its own pool. We can’t wait to visit again.

Quiet and peaceful, with stunning views, this place was hard to fault. Ilias was an extremely welcoming and helpful host. The villas sit up some fairly steep hills, so be prepared for the climb, though the taxi service was brilliant unless you hire a car. We’d definitely go again.
