The quiet setting and amazing bay view made our stay at Villa Olea really enjoyable. The apartment was huge and well equipped. On arrival we were warmly welcomed with local products, plus lots of good ideas for visiting the area. The owner was very nice and quick to answer any questions.

A swimming pool gives you a relaxing option if you decide to skip the beach for a day. The villas are lovely, with comfortable mattresses, and the owner greeted us warmly with a thoughtful basket of goodies. Angeliki shared plenty of information about the area, with suggestions for tours and meals. It felt like a home away from home, with a little touch of luxury, and would suit all sorts of travelers.

We had a pleasant stay at the Oino apartment and would love to return. Before booking, we had a good phone chat with Angeliki and arranged everything by email. Given the COVID situation at the time, they offered us a suitable rate and, more importantly, the possibility of relief, with our prepayment kept as a deposit for a trip the following year. We made it to Crete successfully. =) Angeliki met us at the Villa, explained everything about the accommodation, shared plenty of useful reading about the area and gave practical advice. A few tips from our stay: a car is essential, though not critical. There’s a small but decent beach less than a 10 minute walk away. Plaka is a fantastic place to swim, so go for it. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking when needed. The villa views are amazing, so take time to enjoy Greece’s beautiful nature.
