The whole stay was outstanding, from the rooms and food to the team. On this little island it felt like a Robinson Crusoe escape, and Franca made it special. She treats you like a friend, not a customer. Thank you for such a unique visit.

We came back for a second year running, and we're already sure we'll return again. Franca, Sandro and the staff quickly feel like friends, which makes leaving hard. There are just five rooms, with thoughtful details and all the amenities you need, set among beautiful gardens that add to the island's natural charm. The boutique hotel sits right by a magnificent private beach. We spent our time relaxing, enjoying great Italian and Greek food, and watching the sunset again and again. One of the most magical places on Earth. Thanks for everything!

We came back to Erikoussa for my second holiday at this charming boutique hotel, this time with my husband. The Mediterranean scrub and breathtaking views make the landscape enchanting, and I love the atmosphere here. Franca and Sandro, the owners, are warm and discreet, and happy to listen to requests and suggestions. Breakfast is generous, while the restaurant adds new temptations each day. Its varied menu centers on Mediterranean food, with interpretations of Greek tradition and more. It feels like home. The sense of exclusivity comes from being away from mass tourism's routines and pace, not from showing off.

A perfect beach, complimentary snorkelling gear, paddles, and massages if that's your thing. And the food is fantastic: fresh sea bass, citrus spaghetti, plus a generous breakfast every morning. Acantha boutique hotel is what completes a few quiet, charming days on Ereikoussa. Franca and her family have put together a tiny place full of character. The rooms are white with bare stone, the beds are comfortable, the views are impeccable, and they use Apivita bath amenities, my favorite. What more could you want? Stop reading and book, you'll thank yourself later.

Fantastic views and setting, and the aperitivo and wine selection were excellent. The dishes, though, were below average and not worth the price.
