We stayed one night before our ferry and the central spot in Syros town worked perfectly. The apartments are run by a nice family.

The owner was lovely and helpful, and the place was clean, quiet, and close to everything, though you do have to climb a bit. Our room had two separate beds and no shower curtain, unfortunately. Still, very good value for money.

Our maisonette had lots of space, a big balcony, air conditioning, and a kitchen stocked with the essentials. We brought our dog, and there was a cleaner every day. The hosts were consistently kind. Prices in August were affordable too, especially compared with similar places that cost a lot more.

The location by the sea is lovely, and the people are very nice. The rooms are pleasant and pets are allowed, which is the best part. Cleaning during the stay could be a bit more thorough: they come in briefly, perhaps to change towels or leave toilet paper, but not much else.
