Waking up to those beautiful views every morning was unforgettable. Our room was roomy, clean, and comfortable, with lovely little details that made it feel like home. The staff were attentive throughout and went out of their way to help with whatever we needed. We were also surprised with a free room upgrade, which made the visit feel extra special. From our arrival onward, everyone at Balius Hotel was so kind and welcoming. It exceeded what we expected, and I'd gladly recommend it to anyone visiting Mykonos. I can't wait to come back!

The views were great, and it was an easy walk into town. We enjoyed our stay at Balius Mykonos, formerly Olvos, but there were renovations going on that disrupted our sleep. We hadn't been told about them before arriving. Breakfast was late one morning, and our private pool was freezing, though heating is planned soon. It was a lovely stay otherwise, and the place has lots of potential once the work is done.

The staff helped us carefully plan our activities and how to get around the island, and the location was central. Add in the stunning views and it made for a spectacular stay. We highly recommend Olvos and can't wait to return. Beyond fantastic.

I paid nearly €2,000 for three nights, and the experience was unacceptable and misleading. The place looked nothing like the photos online. The “private jacuzzi” was dirty and clearly hadn't been maintained, while food ordered through outside delivery services took a long time to arrive and came cold. After I posted an honest review, the hotel manager contacted me on my private number. I found that intrusive and deeply unprofessional. It says a lot about how management treats guests. I have photos and messages documenting everything, and I'll be sending them to the relevant authorities and consumer protection channels. Guests deserve honest information, not staged photos and false advertising.

We had a memorable stay at Olvos Luxury Suites. The suites were beautifully designed, and the private pool and Jacuzzi were perfect for relaxing with lovely views of the island. Service was excellent, and the setting felt peaceful while still being convenient. We'll definitely return.
