We arrived to find that ANNA wasn't expecting us, and she seemed unhappy with our appearance. The place is a long way from the center, felt cold, and had no heating. It also didn't look like the photos to us, and it wasn't a villa. When we asked about the advertised breakfast and facilities, she said that was all there was and that we could leave if we didn't like it. She was very rude, and her son, who helps run the place, also came across as unfriendly and unprofessional. The second day, she told us not to use the air conditioning much after we'd asked about heating. We had a very unpleasant stay and wouldn't recommend booking here. We reported the issue to Booking.com and asked for our money back, but she refused to compensate us. I hope this helps. I'll also write a detailed review on Trip Advisor.

The view over the fields was lovely, and our host was kind and ready to help. The apartment itself was spotless, new, and very comfortable. We had a wonderful stay and would gladly recommend it.

We arrived and no one came to show us which apartment was ours or where to get the keys. There was no WiFi, and parking was a problem: just one space for all the apartments, with nowhere nearby to leave the car. The building was still under construction, with iron and rubble around it and cables sticking out inside the walls. Indoors, the furniture looked like leftovers from before, and the apartment was only mediocrely clean and cold. In winter, the A/C struggled to heat it. The advertised breakfast was basically absent: no water in the apartment, and in the fridge we found six toast slices, three slices of cheese, and three slices of cold meat. There were only two coffee capsules, no sugar, and one small serving of honey for four people. Not worth the asking price at all. Better stay somewhere else.
