Matala center and the beach are an easy ten-minute walk away. The complex has four two-story apartments around a shared pool, with a bedroom upstairs and a living room combined with a well-equipped kitchen downstairs. Everything was clean and the service was excellent. You can hear traffic from the road next door, though otherwise the area is very quiet.

The hosts are warm and welcoming, and the beach at Matala is very close. The rooms are modern, nicely arranged, and bright. I’d definitely recommend staying here.

These new houses feel like a little touch of luxury and suit two or three people well. Parking and access were easy, and Matala is a pleasant ten-minute walk away. The owner was friendly and attentive.

A lovely family-run villa, newly built and equipped with what you need. It’s near Matala beach and other sightseeing spots, and the price feels fair for the quality.

The villas are modern and lovely, with a pool and well-designed rooms. The beds were especially comfortable. A place I’d gladly recommend for a stay in Matala.
